Chapter 14 “Selfless acts”
Breath through silence, through stillness, through the centre is the only true place we can re-design reality from. Every self-less act is rewarded, but every act that comes form a desire of a hidden need or a repressed insecurity comes back like a ball thrown on an elastic string.
Each positive or selfless act creates an expansion within the energetic body and the soul become more connected to the whole, more at peace with the whole as there is no more needs or resistance, there is just acceptance.
It is not an act of “doing nothing” for even by “doing nothing” you are still doing something. And its is equally important of how you treat yourself & other people. Being selfless does not mean not taking care of yourself.
Both the internalized structure & the externalized reflected structure need to be treated as the same.
Walking the path of stillness is about allowing the body to attune itself to a vibration that vibrates so fast that it reaches a point where it is no longer moving, within that point where it is no longer moving, within that point concepts of duality end, polarities become still and timelessness is accessed, this state is obtainable within the current dimension and time. And you can walk around in your daily life while maintaining that state. Funny enough you are actually already doing it right now.
It’s illusions that keep us in a struggle, projections on others and society that are purely our safety nets that we carry because we are afraid of our own power and our own happiness.
Love is a terrifying concept to most people! Yet it’s a state most wish for the most.
It is purely a label to a state that is highly misinterpreted and misunderstood. Love is being reinterpreted as we speak, it is a frequency and a state closely related to what you call “bliss”, but its not really even “bliss”, but it’s closer to that than the current romanticized view of love.
Within the selfless acts, that creates an expansion of the soul, these are the pathways to the true vibration of love. And that love when experienced is within yourself, not in relation to another. The souls body expands to all, thus becoming love.
Practice selfless acts daily, even towards yourself.
Each and every soul has the greatest gift and that is to experience love in all its totality within the self.

Chapter 13 – “Unification”
Stand united for the seasons of change are in full effect, dismantling old paradigm structures piece by piece and re-building with full-spectrum consciousness.
The layers of reality are morphing together and dissolving simultaneously.
This is the time of the great awakening. The slumber of samsara, the curses of delusion being lifted. Wipe away fears that limited you, brush them off like dust of a shelf, for they are old and powerless. With the unification emerging there is no room for doubt or separation. All souls are one.
As systems collapse around you so will they within you. It is the only way first within, then the structures on the exterior will shift along-side you.
We are enamoured with coats of “iron” formed by lineages of star ancestors & earth ancestors they walk with each and every one of you, protecting & guiding you every step of the way.
The true strength is to go inside and face personal truths and fears, and accept faults or blockages, your own “demons” etc, and be ready to let go of them. Staying true to the centre point, to the now, allowing the past, resentment, anger etc to fade away. Noone is to blame as you yourself have written & designed your own destiny. Forgive yourself and move into empowerment.
The task now is unification. Bringing all soul fragments back to the self. All memories, all emotion and all energy. It may seem overwhelming, but you can handle it.
As of now the frequency can be held & now many are supporting it & waking up to vibrational activation & release from the unconscious action of giving away will power & energy to any external source that might be using it.
Taking back your power also means forgiving yourself for giving it away in the first place.
Can’t have one without the other.
Layers of consciousness are merging into one. Falling down gently back to the soul and re-awakening humans. The more and more this happens the higher the frequency will be on earth and in your individual bodies. And it will become easier to ground these frequencies.
Have no doubt that you will be supported. And have the courage to love even in the face of the darkest truths being exposed, always remember compassion & love for all beings.
A cryogenic state manufactured by “the powers that be” is melting. Souls are waking up, the guidance they will need is that all truth lyes within. There is no god or authority but you. There is no separation between all living things.
This dawning or beginning is here & within each and every being is all the tools needed for re-building a new paradigm in this here and now.
You are supported by earth & star lineages and they lye within you. You are supported by your own self-love and by the love of all living beings & life around you.

Chapter 12. “Its Time to Listen”
Into the light of the soul like a birth canal, a returning of a huge amount of energy that will both destroy and awaken at the same time.
Codes emitted by the planets at this time, like frequency from radio stations coming to Earth to influence land masses, embedded through the gold in the land as conductors of frequency, this is connected to the ancient lands of the Aztec Indians, in a way their land is a major centre for the collection and redistribution of these incoming frequencies from the planets.
In a way the planets are “speaking” now and we have to remember how to listen. Connecting telepathically to the gold within the lands of Central America is one way to access this.
It’s all within our bodies. It’s important to remember that. There is no need to seek for answers or anything external; all humans have the potential within them to access divinity and infinite wisdom.
Be prepared for change by physically teaching your body to relax.
When you feel resistance, go beyond it without making a decision or “letting go” etc…but just by physically relaxing the body.
This is beyond the thought or emotional process it is purely physical and in a way allows the body to be a free-flowing vessel for frequency upgrades & for planetary transmissions to teach or activate the cells within you, almost an effortless process.
Be prepared for change by removing any resistance to change, and that is a physical response, rather than a mental re-conditioning. It can be done in a split second.
So basically just remember to relax.
The gold centre of the land of the Aztecs can also be accessed through the sun and through focusing on the warmth in the centre of your chest.
We are in for a change very soon and its time to listen to the planets.
All wisdom is within each and every one of you. All it takes is an allowance to remember.
The elders can be heard within yourself if you choose to listen & the planets are now transmitting codes that will influence this next stage of life on Earth.
Its time to listen.
Relax when you feel resistance. Attune yourself to the frequency of the gold within the land of Central America, the Sun & the warmth within your heart centre & listen and feel.

Chapter 11 “The Three Worlds”
Hovering just over the surface of the earth, our vibrational bodies, anchored but also laying in the sky and stars, our perception is widening and day-by-day expanding outwards into full spectrum. Three layers become one and full consciousness in realized.
All is birthing now, all is merging together and realization is both destroying and healing timelines, within the mind in a single moment, within a breath, within a micro-second. You are ready for the ultimate realization and the entering inside of the “god-state” within. Energy & trust, like flames of power burning away any fear or doubts that may line the way.
Many are here to help as the three worlds merge to one. Both in physical and non-physical form. Reflections of self from times we have forgotten. Parts of ourselves we are ready to reintegrate in, parts that we are ready to let go off. Angelic helpers also here to smooth the path as the three become one.
Vibration is the key to expansion, vibration makes all cells bounce of each other, not just with the body but also around you in the ethers and even out to the stars.
A sound of ringing is the calling, vibration that spins fast enough to activate the human vessel into “full program mode” awakened and operational. Amrita dripping down from the skull to the 3rd eye.
Living beyond death in this now.
The heart grows like a lotus flower, also opening and emitting perfume & bliss to the self and to all life, as an offering to life itself. Trusting in each moment and expanding with each breath. Merging worlds & expanding beyond the limitation of our past conditioning.
Switched on. There are endless potentials, realized dreams, possibilities that were once fantasies become reality. All it takes in to purely invite in the desire and dream and it shall almost create itself. These are powerful times for those who can dream.
Every wish is your command. All destiny is created by thought. Decide your dreams and design it with your thoughts.
Use your body as a vessel to allow divine frequency to flow in, vibrational codes to awaken in the cells of the body which activate and open the centers in the brain, secreting amrita, opening the 3rd eye and trusting life which opens the heart to flower in expansion in three ways the energetic body merges into one, and at the same time the three worlds merge to one in the surrounding universe.
God and life and self become one.
Taste life with every breath and allow the shift to unfold and stabilize. You are taken care of every step of the way.

Chapter 10 “Remembrance”
A leap of faith, faith in the unknown, beyond fear. A goal based on balance and harmony. All ideals and creations to be designed from this place. As we enter the next wave, a final chapter shall we say, don’t take fear with you, allow strength to flow from within that combats any doubts or fears.
An alignment with truth that allows a total freedom.
As we enter a time of accelerated manifestation, so shall our fears manifest, not to create war or unrest, but to show us a new pathway to walk on, a new future that we have hoped for. There is deep teaching within our shadows within our shame within our loss. A teaching which guides us to new grounds and new ways of being and existing.
A deep remembrance will pour forth about creation within this on many levels, some may be confronting for many, but ultimately will lead us into remembrance of the “god-self” within.
That we co-created ourselves and all of reality.
By remembering this we become one with all of creation, birds, trees, minerals, humans, etc….and then new concepts of existence and balance will come forth and anchor into reality and become more and more part of all life.
Balance will be restored through mass empowerment and liberation.
Teach others through actions of love alone. Disregard anything fear based, or better still do not react to it, just allow it to be.
Only through actions of love can a new system or structure be remembered and built. A love that flows from within and that has no desire or even outcome attached to it.
At present all humans are sewing seeds in this field with thoughts. These shall grow to bloom. All providing keys to remembrance and empowerment through liberation.
This wisdom is within every human being.
As the gates open, as systems, economies, beliefs & structures collapse, underneath sits an honest truth, a new paradigm, a new structure for society and a new level of awakening for humanity.
This is a blessing in disguise.
Don’t feed fear and stay aligned with compassion. Keep hearts aligned and minds clear, using your bodies to judge information and events, not your minds. This is a time of transformation and all beings are supported.
Find stillness. And from that point you have access to limitless expansion.
